Last night we were dancing out in Cardiff City Centre. We started out at The Old Arcade before moving on to The Blue Bell. We were quite tight on numbers, but we certainly pulled out all the stops and delivered a cracking performance!

Today we’re dancing at #TredegarHouseFolkFestival. So far, we've absolutely nailed our wild card dance, Y Goron, Nantgarw, and also danced our Nantgarw Processional, Nos Galan. Come and see us in The Marcus Music Pavilion at 3.30pm or The Courtyard Pavilion at 4.55pm
