Dear @Lowes brand new w/d purchased on sale with a protection plan. Delivered less than a month ago and the dryer isn’t drying. Your CS basically said sorry. Return it and go buy another one at regular price. The other option is to have a brand new dryer repaired. Not acceptable

Dear @Publix, I’ve had it with your slow and poor service at the deli counter. Order at 1045 for an 1130 pickup. Arrive at 12 and the ticket is still sitting on the counter after waiting 10 more minutes for someone to come to the counter. This happens 4 out of 5 times I order.

Hey @Publix why allow me to order via the app if my order is NEVER ready when I get to the store well after my pickup time. I order at least an hour sometimes 2 before I want to pick up to allow plenty of time to complete. Get there and ticket is just sitting on table. #dobetter
