Interesting point regarding affordable housing, S106, etc. In 2023, I FOI’d all LPA’s in Wales regarding S106 monies- approx half responded, within that half £11.9 million sat unspent on affordable housing alone. #walesplan24 @RTPICymru

@rodneyberman St Davids Hall would still be open and operating, if the Dock Feeder had stayed underground and the money spent on existing buildings. Also, judging by the planning application and proposed change of use, the Cardiff Story Museum is on the way out quietly.

@PolitlcsUK @theipaper But Section 106/CIL already does this- Section 106 arguably more effectively. The responsibility to ensure that agreements are implemented falls upon local authorities, within a time frame, or the developer can claim it back. The local authorities needs to be doing more.

@AsdaServiceTeam Hey Asda- ordered a home delivery for between 9:30-10:30, it was marked as delivered at 9:15 and after 2 phonecalls to customer services promising it’ll be with me in 20 mins and sitting around like a lemon it still hasn’t turned up as of midnight.
