@HFrcs I have had a patient with a narrowed SMA who had a restorative right hemi but have not had this exact scenario. The plan may change dramatically intraoperatively if the patent IMA is supplying the whole colon. ?Occlude the IMA before dividing it and give ICG

@johnredwood Rubbish - there is a long way to go but we need to get in early. The government should look to the longer term and support. The future is not the internal combustion engine. I have just cycled to work past lines of crawling vehicles spewing diesel fumes.
