beberapa kali ia meremas tangannya, mengatakan pada dirinya
" harusnya aku lebih kuat lagi "
beberapa kali ia mengusap lereng kecil di pipinya, kemudian melirih
" harusnya aku tidak secengeng ini "
If two people read the same report and reach different conclusions, don’t ask who’s right first, ask what detail led them there
sometimes the edge isn’t having more information, it’s seeing the same information through a different set of assumptions
💭 We’re interested in the person who reads the same report and disagrees with us.
Which detail are they seeing differently? 🔎
We might keep our view. But we’d like to hear their reasoning first.
#MONOPOLY
The part most people skip before taking a position ???
reading how the market decides what’s actually true, source, cutoff, invalid conditions.l
because sometimes, the real risk isn’t being wrong about the event, It’s misunderstanding the rules that decide whether you’re right
🔎 We want to know how a market settles before taking a position.
We’d check the source, the cutoff, and what happens if the result is unclear.
📌 It’s much easier to read those details now than argue about them later.
Will this company do well ?
Sounds like a smart question
it isn’t a very useful one
do well by what metric ? over which period? According to which filing ?
if a question can’t be falsified, you’re probably debating a narrative not analyzing a thesis
💭 We’d struggle to answer “Will this company do well?”
We’d start by narrowing it down: higher revenue, by which reporting period, according to which filing? 📄
That gives us a question we can actually check. 🔎
Obviously, No chance, two of the cheapest sentences in any group chat
the interesting part starts when you turn both into a question with a deadline and a verifiable source, because conviction without a way to be wrong is just an opinion
💬 Your group chat: ‘Obviously.’
Someone else: ‘Absolutely no chance.’
Okay, now we’ve got something. 👀
Give us the event, the deadline and a source to check it. We’ll look at whether it could work as a MONOPOLY market.
What’s the argument? 👇
There’s a detail in @0x_monopoly that’s easy to miss
You pay 0.80 Zeusv for YES, but if it settles Invalid, the demo rule redeems 0.50 Zeusv your entry price isn’t your settlement value
In prediction markets, the rules matter as much as the prediction
Quick MONOPOLY check 🔎
You paid 0.80 Zeusv for one YES share. The market settles Invalid.
What does the share redeem for under our demo’s rule?
👉 0.50 Zeusv. Matching fees are handled separately.
Would you have expected your entry price back? 👀
@0x_monopoly isn’t just creating markets
it’s turning I wonder if this will happen into a question that can be priced, that’s the interesting part as more things become measurable, the value shifts toward asking the right question
What deserves a market next?
One slot on our research list. Your pick. 👀

🇨🇳HUGE: China is reportedly probing DeepSeek and Moonshot itself, after 35 MILLION chats were allegedly routed to Anthropic's Claude.
Regulators visited both companies over concerns that sensitive police and military data ended up on US servers, per The Information.
Anthropic says Moonshot routed over 23 MILLION exchanges through 5,380 fraudulent accounts, while DeepSeek generated 12.1 MILLION in 14 days.
China's internet regulator first summoned all seven labs named in Anthropic's report before narrowing its probe to these two.
Moonshot is also preparing a $3 BILLION Hong Kong IPO, which would need to disclose any investigation.
One source, and two perspectives
the facts stay the same
what changes is how you read them and what you’re willing to bet on
that’s where @0x_monopoly gets interesting turning different interpretations into something the market can actually test

Most people enter a prediction market asking, YES or NO ?
wrong first question, ask what you’re actually buying, the order book shows what you can trade, settlement rules decide what wins, split/merge explains the mechanics
clicking is easy, understanding the bet is the edge
What would you click first in a prediction market? 👀
📊 Check the order book
📄 Read the settlement rules
⚙️ Figure out split/merge
We’re putting MONOPOLY’s product explanations together. Tell us which one needs a proper walkthrough.
if @0x_monopoly can successfully build this layer, the more interesting question isn't just what markets it creates, it's how many market opinions turn out to be nothing more than assumptions that have never been tested
Sometimes, the biggest problem in research isn't a lack of data, it's that two people can look at the same data and walk away with completely different assumptions.
prediction markets are interesting bcz they force those assumptions out into the open
We keep coming back to the same moment: two people read the same company report and walk away with completely different expectations. 👀
One sees growth picking up. The other sees a good quarter that won’t happen again.
We want to give that disagreement somewhere to go. 🔵
With MONOPOLY, we’re building toward a path from public asset information to a specific event people can take a position on.
📄 Take a revenue disclosure. Turn the next question into something precise:
Will the next quarter’s reported revenue beat the same quarter last year?
Define the filing, reporting period and settlement conditions.
Now we have something people can actually disagree on without arguing about what ‘doing well’ means.
🛠️ We’re early. The data layer still has work ahead of it. But this connection between research and a tradable question is what we want to get right.
Which company event would you want us to explore first? 👇
and that gives research real consequences, u can't just say, This company looks strong, u have to explain strong by which metric, compared to what, and when will we know if we're wrong ?
