So @HiltonHotels , I hate to do this but the management at the hotel gave me such a generic answer to these problems for their NEW embassy Suites 🤬…trash on floor, lube like substance all over furniture , and bed frame sticks out so sadly easy to trip on and injure yourself on

It’s sad that that @FifthThird Bank says they care … BUT WONT REFUND almost $750 fees that we’re out of my control, ie lapse in unemployment … INSTEAD OF $1995 for 3-4 weeks I received about $1150 to pay all those bills with that caused the account to bounce in the first place
