Multi-person tracking. Modern computer vision can simultaneously identify and track multiple people within a scene. Each person can effectively receive an ID:

Person 1 → movement A
Person 2 → movement B
Person 3 → movement C

Spatial triggers. Computer vision can also determine whether someone’s body part enters a predefined region. Therefore your observation about somebody putting a foot in a particular position is technologically different from merely recognizing a gesture but still entirely feasible.

Sequential-event/state-machine logic. This is perhaps the most important component. Once gestures have been converted into computer events, ordinary software can require several conditions before doing something.

Did he put 36ft of gauze in his neck.

Did he try to resuscitate him and give chest compressions.

I hope so because evidence of those things should be in the report.

The thing I find most intriguing is that he took five bullets and he fired the first one and that rifle has such recoil. There is absolutely no way he would’ve been able to see the bullet hit Charlie Kirk, and have enough time to load the second bullet which he didn’t do before Dan flood tackled him to the ground. so do I think a bullet was fired at Charlie? … no.
