🚨 VISIBLE policing gives communities much greater confidence AND lower crime rates. 📈

I quizzed officials at the Home Affairs Committee about reopening police station front desks. I heard about one town which reopened its station, and saw a 19% fall in crime.

I pressed ministers for answers on how ‘Project Gigabit’ will reach the hardest to connect parts of North Cornwall.

Local commuters are really paying the price for National Highways’ failure to properly plan. Today, during an urgent meeting I held with their Regional Director, I raised our core concerns, many direct from residents and local representatives.
