@PTShuttle Worst experience - driver was late & asked to share fare w/ another pax or need to wait 45-60 min. I agreed & told p/u in 10min. 40min later, no show. Called driver & claims company was supposed to arrange. Company gave refund but no compensation. Wasted 50 min w/ you!
@clubmedCA Trying to contact customer service line & when I received the call back, my conversation was disconnected from agent. Agent didn't bother calling me back & now on hold for over 1+ hrs again. Disappointed in the agent's lack of professionalism & poor customer service.
Contacted by @FPKelowna GM Jason Guyitt on Jul 25 to discuss finding 1/2 eaten food in my fridge upon c/in. I emailed & asked to call back when convenient. It's been 3 wks now - nothing fr GM. I can see why #fourpoints#kelowna is having issues. @MarriottBonvoy@MBonvoyAssist
@FreedomMobile Very disappointed in your customer service. Phone line suspended & spoke w/ 2 different CSR & both gave different reasons for suspension. Asked what is actual monthly fee & neither could give a response. Such a simple question. #poorservice#fail

@Aeroplan I've been credited my points from a cancelled itinerary; however, the taxes were not refunded - could you verify why taxes haven't been credited yet?
