“The Bible is NOT silent on abortion, there is the Ten Commandments, ‘Thou shalt not kill’.”

Dave Bennett knows that Free Enterprise means Lower Costs and Greater Opportunity.
Dave believes free enterprise, entrepreneurship, and competition are the foundation of a strong Texas economy, creating jobs, expanding opportunity, lowering costs, and protecting individual liberty.
Darlene Breaux is for bigger government and higher taxes. Shes embraced all the failed ideas that make everything cost more and restrict freedom.
Texans need solutions to our problems that will only come from free enterprise, competition, limited government, and policies that expand opportunity while keeping costs down.

I'm honored to earn the strong endorsement of my good friend and community leader Dr. Lily Truong, a former candidate for Texas House District 149 and an Alief ISD trustee!
Dr. Truong's journey from communist Vietnam to building a life in America reflects her determination and commitment to freedom and opportunity.
We share important priorities for HD149, including safer neighborhoods, stronger support for law enforcement, better flood protection, and infrastructure that serves our growing communities.
I appreciate her public service, her perspective, and her willingness to work together on the challenges facing our district.
Great energy this morning at the @Phillips66 global headquarters in Westchase!
I enjoyed connecting with so many members of our community at the Get Out to Vote Employee Fair. It was encouraging to see the enthusiasm, thoughtful conversations, and strong interest in participating in the upcoming November election.
Thank you to Phillips 66 for bringing people together and helping employees stay informed, prepared, and engaged in the democratic process! 🇺🇸
Dave Bennett has the experience needed to protect Texas' critical infrastructure.
As an engineer and critical-infrastructure expert, Dave brought real-world experience to Austin during the 89th Legislature, advocating for legislation to strengthen and secure the Texas electric grid. He helped advance 11 bills that became law, including SB 75. Now we need legislators who understand these reforms and can ensure they deliver results.
Darlene Breaux has NO experience in the big issues facing Texans.
Darlene Breaux’s background is in education. The next Legislature will confront major decisions involving data centers, the electric grid, cybersecurity, AI, and critical infrastructure - these are things in which Breaux has no demonstrated experience.
HD149 deserves representation with real experience working on these complex issues. HD 149 needs Dave Bennett.
Honored to earn the strong endorsement of the Texas Asian Republican Club - Houston!

Dave Bennett will stop the revolving door for repeat offenders.
Dave supports stronger bail laws and tougher consequences to keep repeat offenders from cycling back into our neighborhoods.
He advocated during the last legislative session for Proposition 3, which voters have now approved. It was an important step, but much more must be done to keep families safe.
Darlene Breaux is soft on crime. Breaux has not provided any real solutions to the immediate crime problems HD149 faces: repeat violent offenders cycling back into our neighborhoods.
Cases like Nhan Le and Melvin Rivas underscore the consequences. Long-term prevention must be built on stronger bail reform that protects families today.
Dave Bennett will fight to lower the property-tax burden. Texas families and businesses need lasting property-tax relief, not temporary fixes. Dave supports structural reforms that reduce the property-tax burden while demanding greater accountability for how taxpayer dollars are spent.
Breaux’s plan for higher taxes aren’t a long-term education strategy. Breaux supported additional taxes to increase teacher compensation, a legitimate need, but higher taxes alone do not address Alief ISD’s larger challenges. With enrollment declining, the district needs a sustainable plan that supports teachers, improves student achievement, and uses taxpayer dollars effectively.
West Houston is built by families who work hard, build businesses, raise their children, and believe in the promise of Texas.
Safe neighborhoods. Strong schools. Lower taxes and costs. Reliable energy. Parents empowered. A representative who listens and shows up.
Those are the priorities at the heart of our campaign for HD 149, and this song puts them to music. Putting Texas First means putting our families and our future first.
Tomorrow night, October 1, Harris County gets an in-person County Judge debate between @orlando_sanchez and Letitia Plummer.
There won’t be “technical difficulties” and rewriting the script, as we saw from Plummer last time.
