@LgHomeRetail@LGUS@LGUSSupport this is still a problem! I called cust service 3 x today. I’m can only talk to low level customer service that aren’t empowered to help.
The “dryer specialist” hasn’t text back in 6hrs. Why is it so hard to have my new LG dryer fixed or replaced?
@LgHomeRetail@LGUSSupport@LGUS New LG dryer hasn’t worked for almost 2 weeks! Your service system = nightmare. Many calls & texts -apparently impossible to schedule tech to fix this hunk of scrap metal. Wish it was out of warranty so we could use the extended warranty we bought
