If anyone here has a contact at Apple, or knows someone who could help escalate this issue, I would be truly grateful.
Thanks in advance for your help.

I’m currently dealing with a very frustrating situation with the iOS review process for my game Toilet 8.
Since January 23, 2026, the iOS version of the game has still had a bug that was fixed in a patched build I submitted to Apple.

I’ve managed to contact some players who left reviews and offer them access to a TestFlight version, but this has now been going on for months and it’s not a sustainable solution.
For an independent developer, this kind of blockage has a real impact.

You asked. We listened.
Toilet 8 is officially coming to Nintendo 3DS 🚽
Experience the infinite toilet loop like never before, now in glorious dual-screen.
We had to make some compromises to fit the hardware…
but the anomalies are still there

Vibe Coding Drives Up iOS App Volume, Developers Encounter App Store Review Delays
AI-assisted programming (vibe coding) is driving a surge in the number of iOS apps. According to Sensor Tower data, driven by the popularization of agentic coding tools in 2025, new apps in the US App Store in January of this year increased by 54.8% year-over-year, and the increase in December last year reached 56%, hitting a four-year high.
The app boom has raised concerns about review delays. Multiple developers have reported that recent review wait times have extended from days to weeks, with some individual cases taking up to six weeks. Apple responded that over the past 12 weeks, it has processed more than 200,000 submissions per week, with 90% reviewed within 48 hours and an average turnaround time of 1.5 days.https://t.co/hCbGaFFjwS
Over a month to review an update, rejected because of the icon. Resubmitted, fast review, now stuck “In Review” again since March 25. The game has a blocking bug and players are paying the price. This App Store process is unacceptable. #Apple@Apple
This is insane! 😅 My game "Toilet 8" is now played by thousands of players around the world.
93% positive reviews on Steam!
It’s a parody of anomaly games with a heavy dose of toilet humor.
I’ve added 13+ new anomalies in just 3 weeks since launch.

1 week after the release of Toilet 8 🚽🪠💩, the job feels done. Seeing players laugh when they discover the surprises is incredibly satisfying. The game even uses the player’s Steam avatar in this poster.

A short, silly, absurd game where you’re stuck in an infinite loop. A parody of Exit 8.
