Not shocking that Klarna, a business with more engineers than most SaaS cos, prefers to build their tools in-house.

The question is, how can other small- and medium-sized businesses hope to follow suit? Big enterprise SaaS is outdated and inflexible, but most companies don’t have the firepower to build their own. Feels like a big gap.
