Had a great weekend listening, growing, and connecting as a coaching staff with the best minds in the business. Thank you @ABCA1945 and all of the speakers for making it happen! #ContagiousDrive
Authenticity is not about being unfiltered. It's about staying true to your principles.
The goal isn't to voice every opinion you hold. It's to stand up for ideas that are consistent with your ideals.
Being genuine is closing the gap between what you value and what you express.
The mental game of @rogerfederer focuses on the use of mindfulness-based strategies:
🔥vs🧊situation
Fire = desire to win/excited with success
Ice = accept bad shots/focus on controllables
Timely reminder that we can go further with the ups AND downs in our lives. Few enjoy resistance, but it provides incredible momentum when we persist. Embrace the whole journey.

From afar, we admire talent. Up close, what counts most is character.
You can impress people with your skills, but you earn their trust by standing for something greater than yourself.
There is no higher achievement than treating others kindly and living with integrity.
Major belief is built on the foundation of minor moments. It's showing up when you don't feel like it. It's choosing to be kind to yourself. It’s focusing on the things within your control.
It’s the accumulation of showing up in minor ways that lead to the major ones.
The scarcest resource in life is not time, energy, or love. It's attention.
Succumbing to distractions is a decision to lower your cognitive, emotional, and social intelligence.
Concentration is a precious commodity. Your most important priorities deserve your undivided focus.
➡️ It’s repetition that builds skill.
➡️ It’s training that builds trust.
➡️ It’s struggle that breeds growth.
➡️ It’s setbacks that breeds comebacks.
➡️ It’s reflection that builds clarity.
➡️ It’s difficult before it’s easy.
It’s ALL a part of the process.
Some of our fondest memories come from the moments between the moments.
Be mindful of that this Thanksgiving week - cooking with others, the car ride to dinner, walking around the neighborhood, smiles from strangers... the simple stuff :)
