How do I go about getting the refund? I don’t want to go back to a store as my nearest is 8 miles away!

@VodafoneUK my partner upgraded her contract with you on Thursday, and waited in all day yesterday to be told that the courier had been and we wasn’t in, that’s funny, because no one turned up! Now she has to wait until Monday! Yet again another day she has to wait in! 😡😡

@HMRCcustomers I’ve tried twice to unregistered as self employed, yet hmrc can’t even respond to a form ? I’ve done the “check” tool abs it says I don’t need to submit a tax assesment. I guarantee I will be fined for not submitting one when hmrc can’t even do there properly.

@HMRCcustomers unable to get through yet again. Trying to deregister as self employed but I can’t no matter how many times I submit the forms. Also your app is broken, making me verify who I am every time I log in.

@HMRCcustomers No. Not good enough. Quick enough to send out demanding letters to pay up tax. I’ve submitted 2 forms to hmrc. Not once have I had a response and I’m sick of chasing it. Why should I have to keep spending a few hours to get no where ? I’ve earnt nothing from the 24/03/2020
