Started interview data collection on my final empirical dissertation chapter today and the anxiety was perspiration-inducing... Quickly realized it was probably because I'd had 7 cups of coffee by 2:30pm, and had this realization while drinking an 8th.

These findings offer dire implications for Russia and it's economy. While attempting to sanctions-proof 'Fortress Russia', it cannot remain in this stasis into perpetuity. Should it choose to change its course, Russia can expect years in the post-sanction financial wilderness
