This time i scheduled a pick for 30th dec then i get a message on 29th dec that my pick up will be done today then i get another message from you that pick up has been cancelled.

@IndiGo6E My parents are waiting in Raipur Airport for past 3 hours and there still 2 hours to go for their flight, because flight was scheduled to depart at 6:45 and has been delayed and postponed to 9:55. My mom is carrying meds that needs to be kept cool at lower temperature.

She's has cold pack which keeps it cool for only 4 hours. Those meds are expensive. If it goes bad because of your unplanned flight rescheduling, whose going to pay for it. Either provide her with a facility to keep the meds cool or pay for the meds.
