Responsibilities get lost in responsibilities! During my 30+ years in education, I find I must be picky choosey abt what I perceive as the most “important” responsibilities while letting go of the others... scary.

The difference between a servant leader and a transactional leader? A servant leader will remove responsibilities from your plate before adding more. A transactional leader will get you a bigger plate.

Admin, once school plans & back up plans are in place, make sure your priority is the support & morale of your staff. There has never been a time when it is more important. It should be your main focus for the entire school year.

@BenterMrs class got a special treat today in music! One of their classmates recently started taking violin lessons and wanted to share with the class! She taught them about the parts of the violin, how the sound is produced and played a song for us! So awesome! ❤🎵
