It took far longer than we'd hoped, but "Math Girls 5: Galois Theory" is in the final stages of production, and should be available by the end of the month!
@AllenKwan@AJSoley Apologies for the late reply. I'm currently seeing "Available to ship in 1-2 days" for MG4 hardcover on Amazon US. Are you seeing something different, possibly from another country?
@AllenKwan@AJSoley Likely so. I'm seeing 2-3 day availability for paperback, "out of stock" for hardcover from https://t.co/GBGYekTXmk. Placing a hardcover order might prompt them to fill their hardcover stock, but I'm not sure how things are functioning right now.
@AllenKwan Unfortunately not. We haven't found a good way to economically & legibly reproduce all of the hundreds of equations and illustrations in an ebook format.
Topics covered in Math Girls 4: algorithms and their analysis, probability distributions, matrices and linear transformations, sorting algorithms, big-O notation, P-vs-NP, Boolean satisfiability problems, the Monty Hall problem, Pascal's triangle, and lots more!
Happy to announce that "Math Girls 4: Randomized Algorithms" is in the printing pipeline, and we're waiting for our final printed proofs. Should be available by the end of the week! (Knock on wood)
Our latest release is now available! Hiroko Minagawa's "The Resurrection Fireplace" is a medical mystery set in 1770 London.
