@RoKhanna Solve the budget crises. Stop printing money and corporate handouts. Return to free market capitalism. Put limits on the Fed. Penalize corruption with life imprisonment. Bring back glass-steagal and fix campaign finance. End dark money and foreign donations. Protect the borders.

We could have ended it in the nineties when the Fed govt had a surplus of tax revenue. W/ what the Fed did for homeowners, it’s only fair though.

@SMB_Attorney The homes aren’t the problem. My friend moved there and bought 5 homes as a preacher. But he said it’s dangerous. Detroit lost 2/3 of the population it once had. City went bankrupt in ‘13. Mass exodus of people/$/jobs when the auto industry collapsed. Crime is sky high. Poverty.

@unclebobmartin @famexbt Your numbers are flat wrong. ChatGPT says it took 2 years income in ‘75, but now 5 times to buy a home in NC. My bosses told me you could come off the street to push a wheelbarrow and buy a home, land, time to work the land, and support a wife/kids on 1 income.

@unclebobmartin @famexbt The Fed by buying 2 trillion in mortgage backed securities; the govt backing all mortgages; banks creating derivatives. Mass distortions in the market were created. Wages/home cost splintered. I found 1 home under 200k in the 3 cities closest to me. No more small builders, etc.
