Today is my last day of my phase 2 placement! Only one phase to go and I’m a teacher! With a job secured for September I’m so proud of my achievements so far!

I got my first teaching job! I had an interview last week and got the position as Teacher of English beginning in September! Over the moon!!!!

Just taught a full lesson on comparing two poems: “Havisham” and “Porphyria's Lover”. Lesson went well, I got through to the plenary but low level disruption is madness, they know the answers but once they’ve answered a question, it’s constant chatter so have to reel them back in
