This is one of the most disrespectful things about the Zambian housing market.

People build structurally unfit houses and still expect you to pay a premium because they have “modern fittings” which have maybe a 3 year lifespan. Don’t get me started on the plumbing.

I think Eren Jaegar from AOT felt like he was at his wits end because he really was. He was a 'god' and that was the best plan he could come up with. I guess he just reached his mortal limitations. He needed something more to help him. Had I been him, the 'more' would be Christ.
