Jon Bernthal reveals he will say “Let me tell you something” in ‘THE ODYSSEY’.
“You could watch hours of me just saying that [online] but it is in every script!”

Wemby didn’t play well and needs to improve (btw he averaged 26, 12, and 4 blocks…not exactly garbage). But if you’re comparing him to Kobe, Lebron, etc….look at Lebron in 07 when he was clear best player on finals team at that age. Or KD (older) in 2011. Sorry but ur wrong.
@VanLathan re Wemby. “I can name lots of guys in their their year who led their team to championships.” With total respect….you can? Who? in modern NBA history? LeBron at 22 (look at FG% in 07 finals) KD at 23 respectively played worse than Wemby in finals and lost.
There is nobody in modern NBA history at age 22 (or 3rd year) who led their team as clear best player—without a hall of fame older teammate—who led team to a title. Literally zero. Duncan? Who had David Robinson?
If you’re talking about Kobe, he had an all time great in his prime leading those early teams. I don’t think anybody at age 22 was best player on NBA title team in modern history. This is just not a correct statement unless I’m missing something.
@JonesOnTheNBA The issue with that is if u watched the spurs all season, fox (injured or not) has declined athletically earlier than you would expect—watch his kings highlights. It also makes it even weirder the coach insisted on him taking like 75% of the big shots when he was injured?
@AndrewDBailey IMO it’s fine to say the title of best player in world is vacant at the moment. But of he is (1) the most impactful defender in NBA history as I believe; and (2) he is an excellent offensive player even if he’s not an **elite/dominant one yet. Then it’s reasonable….
@MattSandersNBA Could also be that nobody his age has been best player on NBA champ in like 50 years (and the only one who ***made the finals that young as the best player is Lebron in 07 when his team was swept)…..and Wemby will learn from the experience/continue to develop.Could also be that!
@jaycaspiankang Plenty of blame sure but… The coach was astonishingly*** bad. Like. That’s needed more than ever with a crazy young team. No adjustments. Stubbornly going to Fox. Sitting Harper. Zero timeouts to break runs. Everyone with eye balls was in disbelief watching that man.
@jaycaspiankang It’s fair. Also very few e.g.s (LeBron in 07?) of a 22 y.o. best player on finals team. I do blame coach the most.&spurs failed to acclimatize wemby to 40+ MPG during year. And a lot of this was fatigue not just pressure. (Better conditioning—and upgrade from Kornet will be big).
@TylerGlasscock_ I’m rather confused why Harper is still playing 25 min a game and Fox still is playing like 38-40 min a game…. When Harper has been better the entire playoffs. It really doesn’t matter the guy is a rookie. He’s better right now (either bc Fox is hurt or whatever)
@RealTomPetrini Playing Fox more than Harper has, at this point, become peculiar. Fox is an important part of the team and had a bad game. But whether Fox is injured or not. Harper needs to be playing more than 25 min a game. Guy is shooting like 54% for playoffs. Forget him being a rookie
@SnottieDrippen Is this person saying Harper’s upside is overblown if he ends up as good as Jimmy Butler/JDub? Im confused. Who knows how he develops but I can’t remember a rookie point guard in recent memory as good as hes become in 2nd half of this year + deep playoffs. He’s been like 59/40/90
@404xwavey ….Because the other NBA players in history of basketball who were that tall (there have been over a dozen) literally moved like Frankenstein with zero ball skills…..and he moves like a super mobile guard? As in he is a 1 of 1? Ever. Unimpressed? lol.
@SarksDaddy The basic reality is this. There’s been a lot of incredible players in the NBA.Getting to the finals when your best player is 22 and ur other best players are 21 and 20 is essentially unheard of. LeBron 07 Cavs is closest. Then KD 2011 team he was 23. No matter the talent it’s wild
@SarksDaddy I mean….first of all wemby right now is a better overall player than Dwight ever was (due mostly to unprecedented defensive impact and FTs not being a liability). Sure spurs were lucky to get #1 pick. Second, sorry but u get credit for drafting Castle 4th in a trash heap draft.
