By losing yesterday, PURDUE ended up playing an CBB-leading 18 Quad 1 games (58% of its schedule) as Wisconsin jumped from 31st to 26th in the NET.

Purdue will get the winner of NU/IU on Thursday and then play 2-seed Nebraska. Two more Quad-1 games, and two very winnable ones, that would help cement a 3-seed resume for the ncaa tourney.

Purdue’s path to championship Sunday could be iu-neb-msu in Chicago. If we can’t get up for that then idk what to tell you. Purdue, at its best, is markedly better than each of those teams. But which will we get? They have less than 2 weeks left to figure it out.
