Over the past two days, Kazakhstan has stopped 61 attempts to smuggle fuel into Russia.
Since the beginning of the year, around 600 such attempts have been prevented according to the government of Kazakhstan.
Russian fuel crisis update:
🔹Shortages are expected to disrupt food supplies
🔹Public transit in 12 regions has been reduced, and fare prices have spiked
🔹The governor of Irkutsk has bluntly told people to stop driving cars
And as more oil lamps are lit, it will get worse.🔥
The Russian city of Stavropol saw its Regional Industrial Park "Master" mysteriously catch fire and burn down on 4 July 2026
The facility housed over 50 companies linked to Russia's defense industry. Russian authorities are still determining the cause of the fire

‼️‼️🇺🇦🇷🇺 Surviving soldiers from one of the Russian occupying units have released a video message online, describing the situation they found themselves in on the frontline:
🔻 "Out of 150 men, we are the only ones left alive; we were practically being wiped out (brought to zero)."
🔻 "During the 3 months we have been serving, they haven't paid us our due salary even once."
🔻 "On the frontline where we were stationed, they didn't provide us with ammunition, water, or food. There was no evacuation of 'Cargo 300' (the wounded), and the 'Cargo 200' (the bodies of the dead) are still rotting there right now, because no one was recovering them either."
🔻 "The command issued horrific orders that were, in principle, impossible to execute."
🔻 "Now they have come to us and told us that we have to return to the frontline, back into that meat grinder where we already were and from which we won't return a second time."
🔻 "We refuse to obey the order for the reasons we have listed. If any of us dies, it means our own people shot us."

Russia's biggest oil export port has run out of gasoline.
Novorossiysk - the city whose entire economy is built on shipping Russia's oil to the world - can no longer fill its own tanks. Gas stations are dry. Refueling is now rationed to fuel card holders only. Diesel is available at exactly 8 stations. Across the city.
The port that exports millions of tons of Russian crude every year. The city that lives off hydrocarbon trade. Out of gas.
You genuinely cannot make this up.
Last night, our Ukrainian long-range sanctions against Russia over this war reached targets near St. Petersburg. Ukraine's Defense Forces struck port oil infrastructure that generates revenue for Russia's war, and there were also successful strikes on Kronstadt – an important military target. The distance from Ukraine's state border is more than 850 kilometers.
My thanks to everyone who is ensuring Ukraine's precision and carrying out our long-range sanctions plan. Glory to Ukraine!
The oil terminal in Saint Petersburg, Leningrad region, in Russia is still on fire, and will likely continue to burn for some time.
In reference to the fuel situation in Russia, losing oil terminals at this moment is very bad news for Russia.
⛽ The Kremlin is finding it harder and harder to deceive its own people. Millions of Russians now spend hours—or even days—in gasoline queues, where they exchange news instead of Kremlin propaganda. From Moscow to Irkutsk, the fuel crisis reflects Ukraine’s reported 42% reduction in Russia’s oil production. Even oil-rich regions now blame Moscow, and as the gasoline crisis spreads, so does public anger. Economic reality is replacing propaganda.

💥 Back to Crimea—both in today’s discussion and, soon, in real life. Last night, Ukrainian drones neutralized 7 Russian military aircraft at the Saki and Gvardeyskoye airbases—a mini “Spiderweb” operation. Another radar and key energy facilities were also destroyed, making Russian logistics even harder. The Kerch Bridge is still open—for those Russian occupiers who want to leave.

In Russia, only officials can still refuel—using the password "Government" or an official ID card. The rest of the country faces empty pumps.
Peskov doesn't care—and Putin certainly doesn't.
Nothing illustrates more clearly just how out of touch the Putin regime is. Such privileges do not pacify the population; they enrage them. And rightly so.
When the people lose their mobility while the regime retains its own, tensions boil over.
Words of condemnation alone will not stop attacks on Kyiv. Only sustained military support for Ukraine and increased pressure on Moscow can do that.
This week, the EU has started disbursing €6 billion under the €90 billion support loan to strengthen Kyiv’s defences.
Today, I will propose to sanction more entities supporting Russia’s military-industrial complex in response to the strikes. The more Moscow attacks civilians, the more sanctions must be imposed.
We keep raising the cost until Russia understands it cannot win.
EU staff in Kyiv are accounted for. I am deeply grateful to our colleagues on the ground, who continue their work with courage and dedication under the most difficult circumstances.
The mood on Rustaveli Avenue is fantastic!
Two political prisoners ended their jail sentences today, and they immediately joined the Rustaveli protests.
Tornike Toskhua and Mindia Shervashidze stopped an aggressive GD supporter from attacking protesters, found his knife and gave it to police. They were sentenced to a year in jail for supposedly attacking the GD supporter, even though the latter said he wasn't harmed.
Ukraine struck one of Russia’s largest oil refineries overnight, hitting Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez in Russia’s Nizhny Novgorod region.
The facility processes around 17 million tonnes of crude oil a year.

Caolan is a real fucking reporter. Missiles exploding behind him, and he keeps filming, while the entire Western media hides, closes its eyes, and pretends the war in Ukraine isn’t even happening.
Fucking thank you, @CaolanReports, for doing what the world won’t.
