If you thinking about getting Fibre my recommendation to you is steer as far away from @vodacom as possible.
Their service is laughable at best and it seems like their customer service system doesn’t work either. Also no manager ever calls back.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
@CityPowerJhb @yvonnejonkersa I have been having the same issue and whenever I call the number and wait 30 minutes for an agent when you get through to an agent the call cuts EVERYTIME!
@CityPowerJhb for two days I have tried to reload my prepaid meter and it keeps giving technical errors!
When I call your call centre every time I get connected to an agent they hang up!
