@knab_nl Een jaar geleden al gemeld dat jullie app niet te installeren is (paspoort identificatie) en aan alle reviews te zien ben ik niet de enige die er last van heeft. 12 maanden later: nog niet opgelost, slechte communicatie vd klantenservice. Waardeloze bank! Ik ben weg!
@DellCares Well, I'm worried too! We've established that the laptop has the wrong hardware (different display) but nobody seems to be helping here. I would like this product get exchanged for the product I ordered and paid for. I have been at this for over 4 hours now!
@DellCares How can I get in touch with someone who can help me get the WRONG laptop you delivered exchanged for the one I actually ordered? Customer service phone isn't helping, Facebook chat doesn't give any answers! This is ridiculous!
