Writes for The Times ( London) from Australia and visits New Zealand. All twits mine - including me. Author of Loner and The Town That Wouldn't Disappear.
@chrishipkins But you were the one who negotiated and agreed with Anthony Albanese a much more rapid pathway to Australian citizenship for Kiwis. Indeed you described that as 'blimmin good' . The evidence strongly suggests this encouraged more Kiwis to flee and those there to stay
@VoltaireVoice@AlanBixter More correct to say the conservative coalition has just imploded. Its (former) members, the Liberal and National parties have decided to part. For now.
@BernardKeane@PhillipCoorey It’s proof yet again that @phillipCoorey has an enviable and hard earned contact book that covers the whole political spectrum. The guy is dead straight which is why he is widely respected.
As Gough Whitlam said to Mark Latham: "That's good, Comrade. Now I can die a happy man". Chuffed that The Conversation site put my book , Loner, on their list of top ten best campaign trail books. Many thanks @fbongiornoanu https://t.co/BCZhKib8ap
