Biggest tip I could ever give out for those of you trying get bigger when you inflate, is to focus on your posture and how you’re holding your abdominal muscles
Practicing relaxing your abs on command should be the first thing you do when you’re trying to get bigger and is also the most important, ensuring that you don’t arch your back out to accommodate the size instead of your belly is also just as important
The best way to ensure you do these things is to take a nice deep breath, hold it in, push your belly out as far as it’ll go, then start pumping yourself up!!
As your belly fills up and the air keeps your belly tightly in that pushed out state, you can finally let the air out of your lungs. then repeat the process until you feel like you’re gonna pop!! 💥
