Yet again more false promises from a very poor @VirginAtlantic I have in writing an apology & a full refund within 14 days. Chased twice still nothing, day 16 & counting......
@VirginAtlantic I am disgusted with how Virgin treat their customers! I’ve been waiting since August 2018 for my refund. I’ve spoken to over 20 staff who have promised to sort it & still nothing after more than 20hrs on the phone!
