This more a question than a statement. We hear more and in the news about the energergy crisis and the lack of prime materials. Europe is thinking in being as independent as possible from the rest of the World in this respect.

the so called Super Heavy elements, is 48Ca. The only supplier of 48Ca today is Russia. All the experiments that depend on this material will be interrupted, we don’t know for how long. Here comes my question. Should Europe (with USA eventually) try to be self sufficient.
