@AvantiWestCoast Unfortunately I have paid for first class, and it’s been districted - the carriages are full on none first class and there’s no service . How do I get a refund please . NB the shop is closed

@manairport If it helps people - I travelled through Manchester T2 a week last Friday. TUIs bag drop was very quick and security was 20 mins tops. This was the first Friday of the school holidays.

@swdownes Yes I got it in a week - but it was £150 and in hindsight I would have sent it through the normal route and saved myself 100 :-)
