@WatsonKen95694 @inside_nk It was but we had continuation training afterwards. Clearly they still do it as mainland officers have landed in Belfast this morning. Take your point about officer numbers though. Let's hope the forecast hot weekend isn't too hot

@WatsonKen95694 @inside_nk Quite wrong I'm afraid. Mainland forces started ni training for the g8 conference nr Enniskillen and were deployed there for 12 days including myself. Training was continued so mutual aid could be provided to NI

@TomWright165389 @REPHVIM I was trained for public order in NI before the G8 conference and had continuation training after as did a number of other officers in mainland forces so some officers can be deployed to NI although there is the issue of being unarmed so those mainland psus need armed protecton
