Anyone else experienced terrible service from @cinchuk car isn’t fit for purpose, picked it up on 17th March and the car has been in my possession and drivable for 7 days since then !! How are they not dealing with my complaint sooner !!!
The decision by southern brave not to keep @rhianna_southby is going to bite them in the azs, fastest hands in the women’s game, only getting better with both with gloves and bat !! This is where the hundred isn’t backing their own, it’s all about big names !!
The Reading Kit man has been suspended for 6 games because of the following comments towards the referee during their fixture with Huddersfield… ❌❌❌
“He should be in the National League. He has sucked d*ck to get to this level.” 😳
I see this as we stand by not wearing them but sorry it’s upset you, in no way is this an apology ! You aren’t committed to inclusion you are committed to your former NHL players every need, the world doesn’t revolve around them !!
We want to acknowledge the hurt and disappointment many in our community felt due to our decisions on Pride Night.
We are truly sorry for the impact this had and understand why it has caused upset amongst the community.
The Fife Flyers are committed to inclusion and aim to be a welcoming club for the LGBTQ+ community and for everyone who supports our team.
We will reflect on this, continue listening, and work to ensure our values are better reflected in how we move forward.
4:57 and @fifeflyers David Booth down on the ice, struggles to get up. Is helped off the ice by physio and team-mate -could be done for the night. 0-0 v @flamesicehockey
To these who say we do not need Pride this right here is EXACTLY why we need it !! @FifeFlyers have shown that hockey isn’t for everyone & their homophobia has prevent them from partaking in a league wide initiative & then try justify it with this “statement”, the club is a joke!
Pride update 🏳️🌈
Pride Night is an important opportunity for our organisation to celebrate diversity and reaffirm our commitment to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone in our community.
Following internal discussion, we want to clarify how tonight’s Pride Night will now be reflected on the ice. The team will wear Pride-themed jerseys during warm-ups and will compete in standard Fife Flyers home jerseys for the game itself.
This approach allows us to support Pride Night while also respecting the diversity of backgrounds and personal beliefs within our playing group.
Our commitment to inclusion and our support for the LGBTQ+ community remains unchanged. As part of that commitment, we will move forward with our post-game auction of the player-issued Pride jerseys, with proceeds from the auction being donated to support the work of The Hive.
The Hive Kirkcaldy is a safe, welcoming community hub that supports the LGBTQ+ community through wellbeing services, peer groups, therapy, food support, and spaces to connect, learn, and belong. We are proud to support the important work they do within our local community. If you’d like to learn more about the work of The Hive, please visit their website: https://t.co/esPmX8wqoL
We believe hockey is for everyone, and we remain dedicated to fostering a space where all fans, players, and staff feel respected, valued, and welcome.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
More than colours. More than jerseys. 🔥
