@backtobackbooks @2worldsPodcast No it isn't. Income has 0% on first $18200 and then 15% on money from 18201 to 45000. 30% is only paid on amounts from $45001. Whereas the new CGT rules tax the whole lot from $1 at 30%. Lose the two lower brackets. What an incentive killer and blatant rip off.
