We mark 26 years since Serbia's genocidal regime massacred 45 Kosovo Albanians in Reçak. Serbia bloodied Balkans during the 1990s and is responsible for this. Serbia and the Serbs bear on their backs the burden of the worst crimes against humanity and ethnic cleansing in Kosovo.
