The news cycle has lately been dominated by legacy media outlets publishing highly classified intelligence data criminally leaked to it by disgruntled, unelected federal bureaucrats trying to undermine the efforts of the Constitutionally-elected Trump Administration.
I have been commenting on this sorry phenomenon at length in recent days, and one comment I see over and over is this question:
"Why are we not prosecuting the press?"
The answer is..... complex.
I wrote the below article to answer that question at a very high level. It's not a law journal article, it's just an explanation of the issues at a strategic level for those who might not be familiar with this complex legal landscape.
Please read, if you are so inclined. It's about 1,500 words.
The entire packing the Supreme Court thing is based on the assumption that conservative patriots don’t get to win even if they go through the political process.
I decline to accept this paradigm.
They landed the boat in Portsmouth.
Then they tried to load the men onto coaches and roll them inland like cargo.
Locals put their bodies in the road and said no.
That’s the whole story. Government lost control of the Channel. Citizens took the next mile.
Dover yesterday. Portsmouth tonight.
When the state won’t guard the coast, the street will.
In Iowa City they built the children's hospital next to the football stadium, and they put a window on the twelfth floor that looks down into the field.
That window was designed that way on purpose. So the sick kids could watch.
For a while, that was the whole story. A window.
Then in 2017 somebody put an idea on a fan page. What if, at the end of the first quarter, everybody turned around and waved at them.
Seventy thousand people do it now. Every home game. The players do it. The coaches do it.
The other team does it.
Think about what that is. A stadium full of people who spent all week talking about how much they hate each other, and for one minute they all turn their backs on the game and wave at a window.
Later they wanted a new song for it, so they put it to a vote. The fans voted to hand the choice to the kids in the hospital instead.
I have stopped trying to explain your country to people at home.
I just tell them about the window.
🔥 Medal of Honor recipient Dakota Meyer just TORCHED Lindsay Clancy in front of MILLIONS
"NOBODY CARES — Nor SHOULD we care — how she's feeling."
"I have probably taken the lives of men who deserved it LESS than this woman."
"I hope she is suffering a TENTH of what her child was suffering as she stood behind her child with with her workout band, and she CHOKED and listened and felt her child SQUIRM and fight against this."
"And then she didn't just do it to one, she did it TWO MORE TIMES!"
"And we're worried about how this woman's feeling?! Nobody cares. Nobody cares!"
"She is nothing less than PURE EVIL."
Timothy Ray Jones:
> strangled his kids to death
> prosecution admitted psychosis
> 2 hours for death penalty conviction
Lindsay Clancy:
> strangled her kids to death
> prosecution denied psychosis
> 11 jurors (9 women) ready to acquit
Illinois woman who was “very interested” in the Lindsay Clancy trial, allegedly hanged her 2 year old child from the rafters in the basement of her $1M home.
2-year-old Barrett Walsh was found hanging with his feet off the ground.
His mother, Corie Walsh, immediately told investigators she thought he was the “devil” and the “anti-Christ.”
One witness says Walsh was “very interested” with the Clancy trial.
Absolutely horrific. The female true crime cult has their new hero.
never getting over the bartender in Nashville who squinted at an unmoving, silent posture at the corner stool and whispered, “Damn man, you got that cold, thousand-yard samurai stare… what battlefield shaped you?”
Sir, that is severe lumbar stiffness and two days of motel constipation.

My interview with Demetrio Daga's attorney, Kevin O'Brien.
Demetrio was just convicted on 15 counts of felony gun possession in New York State.
This case mirrors Dexter Taylor's case of people being jailed for peacefully exercising their 2nd Amendment rights.
Dexter is rotting away for 10 years after tge judge said "don't bring the 2nd Amendment into this court".
And Demetrio faces up to 40 years.
No criminal record.
Father of 2.
Peacefully exercising his 2nd Amendment rights in his home.
Facing an effective life sentence.
