So asking anyone out there. If you saw this tracking info would you believe @FedExHelp and @FedEx when they say it’s out for delivery?

@curtisjefferson @FedEx @FedExHelp Welp @FedEx and @FedExHelp did respond via dm but only to ask for info not to actually find a solution. I guess a package that should have been delivered via 2 day shipping on the 9th is not a priority or embarrassment.

So when did @FedEx and @FedExHelp suddenly suck? They have three of my pkg’s all delayed. One signature only which they won’t let me set up for pick up. Plus tons of mixed messages and bad information.

@TroyHeard Plus not all videographers have an edit bay and not all editors have a decent camera. Producers often invest in post or production and pay to have someone else do the other. So they may not have the gear to do one of those things pro bono.
