@andieiamwhoiam@TheCCShowcast Fox2 comment indicated a rise in white supremacy. do you think the attacker was flexing his white supremacy? Is that your take?
@Cincinotus@Phaty98@GioniMark@RaisingLesBars@tommyboy0690@JulieSDixon The entire SS math is built around actuarial data. It is anticipated that some will die early and some will live too long - this is precisely how the program has the ability to fund disbursements. May want to study this higher level finance before castigating the prior poster.
Obviously the Trump admin does not believe this applies. When it comes to terrorism, national security, and a handful of other things - the judiciary does not have the role of pre-approving POTUS actions.
They are arguing two entirely different concepts within the constitution.
I believe Juan is correct. We treat visitors with nearly all rights within the constitution. For this reason, the govt could not go after anyone for free speech issues. The 1A would protect them. With that said, it is up to the State Department to authorize or revoke visas. If they feel someone is a threat or supporting designated terrorists, their visa can be revoked. This is what will be adjudicated in the coming days...
@Tim_Walz A sitting governor rooting for an American business to be financially harmed (let alone people setting these cars on🔥). Finding out that he's rooting for crushing a state pension fund is abhorrent.
I understand your point on sportsmanship. I just don't agree (without more context) that this crossed the line. If the team was up by 20, then of course it crossed the line. If the team was down by 1, then what? Assuming a close game, I was not offended by a kid trying to score. I guarantee the 3rd baseman, catcher and pitcher learned something about leaving a base unattended.
@Steven_Bolt@BBGreatMoments Aggressive baserunning, as well as holding a runner to a bag are fundamental aspects to baseball. Simply walk the runner back to the bag and call timeout. It's not complicated.
@BradleyJardis @PhilHollowayEsq There are many items within the constitution in which the judiciary does NOT have a right to pre-check POTUS. And rightly so.
We'll see how SCOTUS comes down on these items...I'm betting on Rubio.
The 1A protects both citizens and non-citizens while in the US. They cannot be thrown in jail for their protests... but non-citizens can be deported. These are clearly two different things.
Imagine intentionally importing revolutionaries who want to destroy your country. Why?
The truth of the matter? That's funny.
Elon was the one who sent up the rocket to get the stranded astronauts... Pretty sure most will err on the side of believing him on when his systems could have been capable...
Furthermore, Boeing didn't just have a hydraulic problem. You can read up on their thruster issues, corrosion issues, software issues, etc... They've had a massively long history, a head start on this particular program, more funding, and still to this day are not safely ready to do what SpaceX just did.
@BanNoBooks@AnnieForTruth Thank you for getting Trump elected. Your intelligent and relevant dialogue has helped to reduce the Dem popularity to a historically low level. All because you're nearly wrong on every argument. Please continue.
@NadaPraVerAqui2@RpsAgainstTrump Exactly. Trump is asking Europe to STOP relying on the US so much. Europe needs to pay its fair share. Today, they do not.
Govts don’t have friends. They have interests.
Trump has done nothing to harm Greenlanders. Sensitive people are upset because of Trump’s approach and language. If this means you’re not going to vacation in Florida or drink our bourbon, I suppose we will adjust.
We will be sad if you keep all the scotch for yourselves though.
@messi73613@RpsAgainstTrump Yeah. It’s a precedent because Portugal is such an influential country in geopolitics, global economics, US exports, etc…. Consider me a skeptic to your prognostication.
PS - prog·nos·ti·ca·tion
