Having said that, anyone, I mean the worst of men (Kidnappers, Rapist, Gang leaders, etc) can be President in our "New" Nigeria. Thanks to the precedence created by PBAT.

@SirJarus I was shocked at the high cost of accommodation too, on my first visit to Abidjan. I now understand better however.

@SirJarus Abidjan = more stable, Euro pegged currency, a higher demand from a big expat community, & more planned, modern urban development that drives up prices.

Lagos's population & wider economic disparity create a broader range of housing costs, coupled with it's currency depreciation
