@ONCustServ I had a store return in Southbury, CT. Had my receipt, because I cut the tags off, they refused to refund my money. No mention on the receipt, you can’t return clothes if tags are cut off. Asst Store manager, nasty! I want my money back!

@CTDOL The new system is awful!! Constantly spinning, I get in start to answer my certification questions and the system becomes stuck! We should have been setup with user ids/passwords before the new system went live. Very stressful in an already stressful situation.

@optimum I’m beyond aggravated and frustrated with your service!! It’s a serious problem when you can’t dial 911 on your cell phone due to shitty internet service!!😡. It’s absolutely disgusting!! You charge me a fortune for service that sucks 99% of the time.
