Today Salford MHLS celebrated the short but fabulous & mischievous life of their very much loved colleague Aine.
Though a very sad & difficult time for the team, the support we have been given from the directorate has been appreciated. Aine was a fantastic nurse & sadly missed
It’s been a year of highs and lows in Urgent Care, with the last week being perhaps one of the hardest I’ve ever known for a team. But we’ll enter 2024 as we always do… supporting and caring for each and every person, especially each other ❤️ #ProudOfYouAll#HappyNewYear2024
YPCS is a charity providing counselling to young people aged 11-18. They are on a mission to raise £300,000 following a lack of funding prompting the risk of closure. Take a look at their page, share, and contribute if you can ❤️ xx
Through the kindness of our supporters, our #SaveYPCS campaign has raised over £36,000 so far! We cannot thank everyone enough.
This is an incredible amount but there is still a long way to go.
We are at 12% of our target. Can you help us reach 15% by the end of the year?
One of my goals at the moment is to spend more time reading and less time mindlessly scrolling and flicking thru channels. This is my current read and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. You know when something just makes sense? This is it. #compassion#CFT#compassionatemind
@OT_LauraF It just makes so much sense doesn’t it?! The reminder that suffering is just a shared human experience and we’re all essentially just trying to muddle thru best we can, is really powerful I think!
Long, long overdue Away Day for the wonderful Salford MHLT. Very proud of this team & the hard work, care and compassion they provide, despite the pressures they face every day. Fab bunch of people here. Big shout out also to #HBTHeroes for covering the service today 🙏🏼
How many ops managers/ACPs does it take to plug in one computer?
Exciting times setting up the Salford MHLS senior team office. Finally a space to call their own.
I will be visiting for coffee often

Theres still time to apply for an exciting post within Salford liaison mental health team.
This is a great opportunity for someone to taker clinical lead on the service’s work with people from later life, including leading on complex cases.
