@TheGladesBrom extremely upset by your staff today. My friend lost her purse with money and parking ticket in. The staff were so rude, disrespectful and nasty. I have health issues and my friend had a new born baby. Will not be using your car park again!

@marksandspencer awful experience in your Bromley store cafe today! Chicken was overcooked and inedible, chips were burnt, soya milk was off. And no one in the cafe to process a refund! Extremely disappointed :(
