Had same issue since yesterday. On the description too it says available for pick up but all others say shipping too?

@TLRailUK why did you move the perfectly on time 0838 from Finsbury Park from the perfectly empty platform 2 to platform 4, creating a logjam and a dangerous crush, meaning people with buggies and wheelchairs can’t get it, and delaying it by 5 minutes too?

@TLRailUK @networkrail Yes, only after you had announced reassuring passengers it was waiting outside the station (suggesting it was going to come onto the scheduled platform once it cleared) and after it had already arrived on p4.

@TLRailUK @networkrail another ridiculous last minute unannounced platform alteration at FP from p2 to p4. Then the train can’t go anywhere and leaves 10 minutes late as nobody even told your own driver who was waiting on p2 and couldn’t get through the crowds 👏the irony...

@TLRailUK @networkrail staggering incompetence. You tell platform that 0838 due on platform 2 is waiting outside the station then it arrives platform 4 without any alteration announcement. Then it can’t go anywhere as the driver needs relief 👏and things seemed to be improving...
