I love Jesus. I love Scripture. I like people. I like diversity. My interactions and follows do not equal endorsements or reflections of doctrinal alignment.
@marugutierrez7@Zondervan I have digital, too, but there are times when I want to do a perusal to see if the author has anything distinctive to say and that’s not as convenient digitally. I reckon I’m just spoiled. I want access to both.
Far be it from me to sound dramatic, but I’m in nothing less than abject despair over the cover change in the NIVAC commentary series. I loved the original primary colors combo! And just look at my shelf now. Dear @Zondervan, why why why why WHY?????
@MBLinton@Zondervan I do that in the commentaries that either don’t come in complete sets or I’m not interested in the set but I like to keep a whole series together! I mean, this could nearly give me an anxiety attack.
Do not think for a minute you guys are rid of me. Just been super busy. About 650 of us including all my Joneses & most of my Cottrells just got back from our Living Proof Live Alaskan cruise. We had such a blast! So many magical moments like this one Annabeth caught on video.
And nothing was more ridiculous than this. @cottrelltravis is to blame for this. He brought up quotes and the group had to vote on whether I or @DollyParton had said it. How often they got it wrong tells you everything you need to know. I think we’d be very good friends.
@pastoremase Eric, y’all have also been through so much with your beloved wife’s health journey. It’s a lot to bear. Life can be brutal. You are dearly loved.
There are certain things that are really wonderful about marrying a person near your same age. Namely, getting old at the same time. For example, Keith and I both have arthritis in our hands and it’s a tossup who can open any given lid. When I do floor exercises, half the time he has to get me up. And when we go somewhere, we say to each other, come on, old geezer. And laugh every time.
