Haven’t done a Wordle in 5 days now. (That’s the new streak to keep!)
Thanks to the @NYTGuildTech for making these strike friendly games! Wishing you guys strength and solidarity on the picket line today!
Welcome to day 5 of our ULP strike against the @nytimes. We just published even more strike games for you to play while you #Breakyourstreak. https://t.co/nZpCmnVbi8
PLAYING GAMES: In the great tradition of strike publications, we offer our tech-worker version.

Now you can play and not be a scab. We also want to thank the multitude of @nytimes subscribers who have stopped playing and honored our digital picket line.
ELECTION DAY STRIKE: We are back out on the picket line today. We know this is a hard day to be on strike for our members but we want to be clear: We are here because of the decisions of @NYTimes management.
We are on ULP strike. We gave @nytimes management months of notice of our strike deadline, we made ourselves available around the clock, but the company has decided that our members aren’t worth enough to agree to a fair contract and stop committing unfair labor practices.
Have you ever wanted to do strange and creative and historical and maybe slightly insane things in the gym?
GOOD NEWS! The rulebook of the USAWA (US All-round Weightlifting Association) is now available in paperback:

@BatesPhysio Always when parking. (I am not familiar with the concept of parking “not on a hill”, we don’t have not-a-hills around here.)
My current cars have automatic parking brakes btw, so I guess I don’t really “use” them on purpose anymore.
@JasonFitz1 What do they think of vo2max/“cardio fitness” estimates from watches? Are they useful for gen pop? For recreational athletes? Would also love to hear their take on vo2max as a thing to biohack for longevity - way overhyped or only a little overhyped?
The absolute embarrassment of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and its blatant labor violations should be national news, as it should have been for the last two years.
Susy Carroll pitched this idea last year: an investigation into the commodification of unclaimed bodies in Texas.
After she died in May, @jonschuppe & I worked with @JulieShapiro to finish Susy's story.
I'm proud to share one more byline with her. https://t.co/2IoWUi8E8c
@oldenoughtosay Lol I’m reading the replies now. I drove stick for about 20 years, most of it in an aggressively hilly area. Never in my life used the handbrake when driving/stopping/starting on a hill
Stand with us as we tell @law360 and @LexisNexis that we will not tolerate their stonewalling, labor law violations and paltry wage proposals. Don’t cross our digital picket line by clicking on any Law360 articles or newsletters.
@ababyartist@ceaubin There is a chapter early on where the characters get together and discuss what everybody has been doing since the Iliad. That one will be hard to follow but you can honestly skip it.
Otherwise yep you’ll be fine. It was designed to be listened to in pieces anyway.
