I’m apparently severely anaemic and massively lacking in vitamin d. It’s no wonder I feel bloody exhausted and drained all the time. I’ve been so worried that I will never feel well again - hopefully in a few weeks I’ll start to feel a bit perkier.

Currently in NYC, concerned local asked if was going to be warm enough as it’s only 39°f (4°c) outside. I’m from Wales and I’m peri-menopausal, this temperature is SUBLIME!
