@HMRCcustomers Thank you Sofia - ACAS weren't very helpful with this. Normally I'd call the Employer Helpline but without that, it's hard to know how to move forward. I could really do with speaking to somebody. I'm not sure a bot will help

@TLRailUK - seriously - sort your bus replacement service from Hitchin out. All the buses going to Luton town are coaches with luggage storage. All those going to Luton airport are single deckers with no luggage storage. Guess which group of people have lots of luggage...?
