Let me get this straight. A city of over half a million people with a metropolitan area of over 1,300 km² and over 6500 lane km of road, has only 18 traffic enforcement officers? The Hamilton police receive $239 million dollars from the city for their budget.

@TheSpec This intersection has a red light camera, no right turn on red, advanced left turn in every direction and it's still a terrible intersection. Cars CONSTANTLY make right turns on red. Run the yellow/red etc. Never any cops around. We need better police patrol.
