Following on from my last message,though my John Lewis own brand tumble dryer had an engineer round 2 weeks ago to fix and broken again,they can send round numerous engineers til they deem it unrepairable.Then they will replace.John Lewis own brand tumble dryer made by Electrolux

Bought a John Lewis own brand tumble dryer, had for just over a year, spent best part of £800 on it! Went wrong, rang them, had engineer round to fix, still not working! Even though the engineer assured me it had been .They are unwilling to replace even though under warranty
